The Marketing Coordinator is an individual contributor on our Marketing team, and reports to our VP of Marketing.

  • What You Will Do:
  • Project Organization: Use Asana to coordinate with the team and ensure campaigns and projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Marketing Research: Conduct research to support the Senior Content Manager, including data on campaigns, candidates, and voter registration.
  • Administrative Support: Manage marketing assets, coordinate meetings, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Handle event logistics such as registering team members for conventions, coordinating swag, and briefing the team on objectives and key takeaways for each event.
  • HubSpot Administration: Track marketing campaign performance in HubSpot and deliver actionable insights to improve future efforts.
  • Social Media Management: Build a positive online presence by posting updates on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky) and engaging with followers by responding to comments.
  • Content Support: Assist with creating and distributing marketing content.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team and other departments to align messaging and maintain consistency across all channels.
