Key Responsibilities:
(Note: This job role requires employee to work from office and working remotely/ from home will not
be permissible)
1. Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and
strategies in the assigned function.
2. Maintain relationships with educational institutes and universities, career counselors and other
training institutes.
3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the function, determine recruitment needs &
necessary characteristics of the role and develop a hiring strategy accordingly.
4. Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events, pool drives.
5. Coordinate with TPO’s, candidates and technical panels to conduct interviews. Work with hiring
managers for selection and offerings.
6. Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and on time, coordinate and manage all
follow-up communications.
7. Keep accurate and current records of all campus recruitment activities.
8. Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
9. Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.
10. Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connection building tactics.
11. Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing candidates in database, TPOs of
colleges.
12. Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent in the engineering services industry
