This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)

Saturday to Wednesday 2 pm-10 pm (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.



Job Description

Embark on an exciting career as a Night Shift Property Management Assistant in the fast-paced world of luxury vacation rentals. You’ll be entrusted with managing vital backend tasks, providing top-notch guest support, and contributing to the overall success of our vacation rental portfolio. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and support during evening hours, managing communications across multiple channels including chat, email, and phone
  • Efficiently update and maintain reservation details, ensuring accuracy in guest counts, additional fees, and special requests
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any urgent repair needs, ensuring prompt resolution of property issues
  • Process and collect payments for additional services, such as pet fees or pool heating charges, maintaining financial accuracy
  • Provide creative problem-solving support for guest issues that arise during night hours, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of tasks from the day shift, ensuring continuity in guest service and operational efficiency
  • Utilize property management software and communication tools to maintain up-to-date records and streamline operations
  • Contribute to the overall guest experience by anticipating needs and proactively addressing potential concerns
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism in all interactions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service, with a knack for finding creative solutions
  • Proficiency in using property management software and communication tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, property management, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks
  • Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday, from 2 PM to 10 PM Eastern Time, with a positive attitude towards non-traditional hours
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to contribute to exceptional guest experiences
