Location: Remote (Malaysia)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM MYT to 11 PM MYT
Salary: MYR 5,000 - 6,000 per month
Company Size: 20 people

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team working in the US market. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operational activities, streamlining processes, and coordinating with our partner companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficiency in workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes that support operational goals.
  • Provide support in managing client relationships and addressing operational concerns.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to guide decision-making.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
