This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our client’s Instagram presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital voice of a prestigious real estate brand while working with a dynamic team of property professionals. Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and on-brand content for Instagram using industry-leading design tools
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic post scheduling
  • Actively engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and interactive content to build community engagement
  • Plan and execute Instagram advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and advertising performance
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to showcase properties and highlight success stories
  • Stay current with Instagram algorithm updates and emerging social media trends

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • Proven knowledge of Instagram advertising setup, management, and analytics
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Previous experience in real estate or property marketing
  • Strong creative vision and ability to maintain consistent brand voice
