Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be a key contributor to our marketing team, developing and implementing strategies that enhance our brands presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This role is ideal for a creative, organized professional with a passion for storytelling and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies.
  • Stay ahead of trends, ensuring the brand remains relevant and engaging.


Community Management:

  • Foster meaningful engagement with the audience through interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain a consistent brand voice.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Generate weekly performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and visibility.


Content Planning:

  • Create and manage detailed content calendars.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative campaigns (reels, videos, graphics).


Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple brands and platforms (Instagram, TikTok focus).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Creative writing and content ideation abilities.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and how to maximize influencer collaborations.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in video editing or graphic design.
  • Previous experience working with global brands.
