This is a remote position.

Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • 4 hours daily, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our expanding short-term rental management operation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing vacation rental industry while working with cutting-edge property management and marketing tools. You’ll play a crucial role in building our business through lead generation, marketing material creation, and various operational support tasks. This position offers the perfect blend of analytical work and creative marketing, allowing you to develop diverse skills in the dynamic short-term rental industry.

Responsibilities
  • Research and build comprehensive lead lists for potential property owners and partners
  • Create engaging marketing materials following provided guidelines and brand standards
  • Assist in website content generation and maintenance
  • Manage and organize data using CRM systems and property management software
  • Support the development of client-facing materials and presentations
  • Execute lead generation strategies to identify potential property owners
  • Maintain detailed records and databases of potential clients and market research
  • Assist in creating and optimizing operational workflows


Requirements
  • Proven experience with CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Demonstrated proficiency in property management software and short-term rental platforms
  • Strong data analysis and spreadsheet management capabilities
  • Excellent English language skills for creating professional content
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in creating professional business materials and presentations
  • Minimum 20 hours per week availability during specified schedule
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
