For our location in Munich, we are looking for a Key Account Management Lead to take ownership of our Pharmacy and Wholesale Channel. This is a pivotal role within our organization, offering the opportunity to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our healthcare business.
As a forward-thinking leader, you will collaborate across teams, implement strategic initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the future of our pharmacy and wholesale operations.
Your Role at Haleon
- Lead the holistic management of the Pharmacy and Wholesale Channel, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to expand our presence in the pharmacy and wholesale sectors.
- Take full accountability for revenue and profit targets within the channel.
- Plan, execute, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives, addressing any deviations proactively.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Haleon’s goals, including distribution, brand positioning, and activation.
- Manage and inspire the Key Account Management (KAM) team while contributing as a member of the Sales Leadership Team in Germany.
What we expect from you
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries, including Sales (KAM) and roles in Category Management, NRM, or Marketing.
- Experience in the Mass Market and pharmacy channels is highly desirable.
- A senior leadership profile with a confident presence and the ability to effectively lead teams.
- A results-driven and innovative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and German, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
