We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our team, providing support in optimizing product processes and ensuring seamless operations. We need an organized, communicative, and proactive person who is willing to analyze data, improve workflows, and collaborate with different teams—helping drive efficiency and growth for the entire Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Responding to customer support tickets;
• Conducting manual analyses of data leaks;
• Evaluating potential new sources for monitoring;
• Submitting leaks for processing within Axur’s platform;
• Searching and analyzing cases in Deep and Dark Web forums;
• Managing messaging services.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements

• FIuency in English and Portuguese;
• Experience in technology companies, especially in B2B SaaS;
• Basic knowledge of secure access to the Deep Web.

Additional Qualifications

• Intermediate or advanced Spanish;
• Experience handling large-scale data leaks;
• Experience with programming languages (Python or Shell).
