The role:
We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Analyst to lead product analytics and reporting.
This role involves auditing our current analytics implementation and dashboards. Improve our tracking, building intuitive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights through ad hoc reporting to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance user experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
● Audit current our current analytics implementation and dashboards.
● Define the analytics, reporting strategy and execution.
● You have experience supporting product teams with metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
● You can dive into data to extract insights and provide relevant recommendations to business teams.
● You are an expert in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude.
● You are capable of designing interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
● You have a background in data analysis including A/B Testing and regression analysis.
● You are comfortable with defining new data collection methods to measure product performance.
● You are comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to define data capture needs.
● Communicate regularly across stakeholders.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
● 4+ years of experience in product analysis.
● Understanding of software development methodologies.
● Experience with user research and data analysis.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● You can juggle multiple projects, effectively working with senior members of the team to prioritize and focus on the most impactful work.
● You are curious, optimistic, and a creative problem-solver. You embrace the unknown and are able to adapt to shifts in priorities.
● You look outside your day-to-day to ensure you are learning and growing.
