Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is required for client interactions and team discussions
  • Highly effective, positive and empathic teammate 
  • 3+ years of software development and/or support experience 
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, Nest.js, Typescript, Mocha, Jest, Node, Postgres, and more 
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills 
  • Strong leadership and ownership mentality.  Ability to work independently 


  • What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor and manage alerting systems, using DataDog and other tools 
  • Dig into Thrive applications, which are written in Next.js, Nest.js, React, Typescript, Mocha, Jest, Node, Postgres, and more 
  • Respond quickly to mitigate system incidents and data issues 
  • Fully document incident timelines 
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, as well as Product and Engineering 
  • Track and report on metrics and trends 
  • Identify and act on areas of improvement, in both product and process 
  • Help with technical improvement initiatives
