Overview:
This incumbent will serve as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) responsible for creating organization-wide Enterprise Business Architecture documentation that is aligned with operational plans. The CXO works to align the organization’s goals with the needs and desires of its customers through positive interactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent, within a team of contractor personnel, will create a customer-centric culture within the organization and inspire employees to prioritize customer’s needs.

1. IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL)
The ITIL Foundations Certification course is designed for all IT service and support staff members. The Open Group TOGAF Certification Program, with over 75,000 certifications, enables Enterprise Architects and trainers around the globe to demonstrate their proven knowledge of the framework. The TOGAF 9 Certified qualification is achieved through passing two exams, following a course of self-study or attendance at an Accredited Training Course. There is also an entry level qualification, TOGAF 9 Foundation, which is achieved by passing just the first exam.
3. Enterprise Architect (EA)
Recognizes those EACOE members who have demonstrated classroom performance and presentations, and successfully completed the EACOE Certification Workshop and associated modeling activities.
4. Certified Information Systems Security Professional - Architecture (CISSP)
CISSP-ISSAP requires a candidate to demonstrate 2 years of professional experience in the area of architecture and is an appropriate credential for Chief Security Architects and Analysts who may typically work as independent consultants or in similar capacities. The architect plays a key role within the information security department with responsibilities that functionally fit between the C-suite and upper managerial level and the implementation of the security program. The candidate would generally develop, design, or analyze the overall security plan. Although this role may typically be tied closely to technology, it may be fundamentally closer to the consultative and analytical process of information security.
5. ITIL Foundation
This LCS-accredited course outlines the ITIL best-practices framework and prepares the participant for the ITIL Foundation certification exam, a prerequisite for all other ITIL certifications. This course provides an understanding of the service lifecycle and processes as well as the best and common practices for IT service management.
6. Certified System Architect (CSA)
The Certified System Architect (CSA) Professional Certification Path is for developers and technical staff members who want to learn how to develop Pega applications. This certification provides a baseline measurement on your knowledge of PRPC.
7. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
The AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional exam validates advanced technical skills and experience in designing distributed applications and systems on the AWS platform. Example concepts you should understand for this exam include: Designing and deploying dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on AWS Selecting appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on AWS Designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on AWS Implementing cost-control strategies
