Responsibilities
  • Craft and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across various industries, including restaurants, financial services, and entertainment
  • Develop compelling ad copy, select targeted keywords, and optimize landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Create and fine-tune YouTube ad campaigns that capture audience attention and drive conversions
  • Navigate the complexities of special category restrictions, particularly for financial and regulated industries
  • Implement robust conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager to provide clear ROI metrics for our clients
  • Conduct regular performance analyses and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaign strategies
  • Manage client budgets with precision, ensuring optimal ROI through strategic bid management and budget allocation
  • Stay at the forefront of Google Ads best practices, new features, and industry trends to keep our clients ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with our broader marketing team to align Google Ads efforts with overall digital marketing strategies
  • Prepare and present clear, insightful reports to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of your work
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns across diverse industries
  • Google Ads certification and Portfolio of sample works required
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for comprehensive campaign tracking and analysis
  • Demonstrated success in YouTube advertising and video campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with advertising regulations in financial and other special categories
  • Sharp analytical skills with a talent for translating data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and presenting results to clients
  • Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate changing client needs and industry trends
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies
