Job Description

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication between our expert practitioner and our valued clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of aesthetic services while honing your customer service and organizational skills. You’ll manage complex scheduling systems, coordinate appointments, and be the first point of contact for client inquiries. Responsibilities
  • Master and synchronize two distinct scheduling platforms (Squarespace and Aesthetic Pro) to ensure efficient appointment management
  • Proactively book and confirm client appointments, preventing any scheduling conflicts
  • Conduct professional phone calls to confirm appointments and special events
  • Skillfully handle rescheduling requests to maintain optimal calendar utilization
  • Address client inquiries about our range of services, including injectables, Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and peels
  • Engage with clients across multiple platforms including Acuity, Podium, Squarespace, and Aesthetic Pro
  • Implement a robust follow-up system to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in managing the clinic’s online presence and respond to client reviews and feedback
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in customer service or client engagement, preferably in a healthcare or beauty-related field
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using various scheduling and customer management platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
  • Familiarity with aesthetic or medical services industry terminology is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software systems
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism
  • Availability to work part-time, 28 hours per week, with a flexible schedule
  • Remote work experience preferred, with excellent time management skills
