Who are we looking for

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role involves managing the visual identity and branded materials for one of our flagship products, currently in an active promotional stage. The ideal candidate will balance quality with efficiency, maintaining professional simplicity in their workflow while managing a dynamic workload efficiently.

How you will impact?

  • Ensure all visual materials align with the x-hoppers’ corporate identity and branding guidelines.
  • Create templates for social media content, visual artworks, illustrations, presentations, and other branded materials.
  • Design brochures, magazines, white papers, and other printed materials for a global audience.
  • Develop visually appealing layouts and designs for books.
  • Design trade show booths, stands, and related materials.
  • Create templates for non-designers in tools like Canva, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Optimize photos and web graphics to improve their visual appeal.
  • Develop multilingual printed materials, such as leaflets, brochures, and magazines.

 

What We Expect from You

  • At least 5 years of commercial graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of presentation software, including Apple Keynote and Google Slides.
  • Ability to process and visualize complex ideas into clear, impactful designs.
  • Solid understanding of printing standards and requirements for various formats, including brochures, flyers, and books.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and maintain simplicity in workflow without compromising professionalism.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with copywriters and other team members, with the ability to react constructively to feedback to refine designs.
  • Familiarity with Kanban methodology and tools like Jira is highly appreciated.
