You will be at the forefront of designing intuitive and seamless user experiences that make complex database functionalities accessible to users of all skill levels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to bring a human-centered design approach to our products. Design Execution: Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs and interactions that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure your designs are implemented effectively and deliver maximum value.
Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on feedback, user data, and evolving product requirements.
Information Architecture: Simplify complex database functionalities into intuitive workflows, ensuring information is structured and navigable.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all product interfaces.
Advocacy: Be an advocate for the user, ensuring that their perspective is represented in every product decision.
User Research & Insights: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
5+ years of experience as a UX designer, preferably in SaaS or database-related products.
Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma. Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms.
Basic understanding of database concepts and the ability to translate technical complexities into user-friendly interfaces.
A strong advocate for user-centered design methodologies and principles.
Passion for building simple, intuitive experiences for a wide range of personas
Demonstrable skills to successfully work across teams & timezones.
