We are seeking an experienced VMware Administrator with a strong background in large-scale deployments and expertise in running Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing VMware solutions, with a focus on Citrix deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to stakeholders on the utilization of VMware and Citrix solutions to meet organizational goals.
Lead the operations of scalable and secure VMware solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, and compliance.
Manage and optimize VMware environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop advanced automation strategies through Terraform or integrated PowerShell scripting to customize and manage VMware resources.
Act as a subject matter expert in implementing advanced security measures for VMware and Citrix, addressing compliance requirements and industry standards.
Provide guidance on data protection, identity management, and access controls.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with VMware and Citrix.
Proven experience in large-scale deployments and migrations.
Hands-on expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of VMware solutions running end user computing workloads.
Strong knowledge of Citrix management and policies.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate deployment and configuration tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$77—$80 USD
