We built Vitable because healthcare is complex and expensive, but everyone needs it. Our vertically integrated primary and urgent care health program is delivered through a network of nurse practitioners via virtual or in-home visits. The Role
As a Member Support Specialist at Vitable, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Clinical Operations team and affiliated providers. Your responsibilities will include managing member inquiries, coordinating care services, and facilitating smooth communication between members and providers. Reporting directly to the Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Provider Operations team to ensure a seamless experience for our members and uphold Vitable’s commitment to accessible, high-quality healthcare.
