Your Job

As Strategic Publisher Development, your role is to promote Sparteo's growth by establishing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with top-tier web publishers and networks in the US region. You will deploy our SSP, position Sparteo as a key player in the AdTech ecosystem, and ensure that publishers consistently achieve revenue growth through our solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at meeting or exceeding established revenue targets.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the digital advertising sector, ensuring alignment with Sparteoโ€™s growth objectives.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and managing contract finalization.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various platforms.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored monetization strategies to address their business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with industry insights and best practices to maximize their app revenue.

Market Positioning and Influence

  • Position Sparteo as a leader in platform monetization by leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends.
  • Represent Sparteo at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and seize new opportunities.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve Sparteoโ€™s monetization offerings.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance sales culture.


Your profile for this job

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years in publisher development, business development, or sales within the AdTech, digital publishing, or programmatic advertising sectors, specifically in the US.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising solutions such as header bidding, OpenRTB, SSPs, and PMP deals, with a focus on their application within the US market.
  • Relationship Management: Strong capability to forge and maintain lasting relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across the US digital landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to present, negotiate, and influence effectively at all levels within diverse business environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the skill to analyze performance data thoroughly and offer actionable insights for optimizing revenue.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, adept at navigating the dynamics of a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
