Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot/CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management (CRM) system and optimize its use across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, including user accounts, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM, conducting regular audits and deduplication.


System Optimization:

  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes for marketing, sales, and customer service teams.


Integration and Collaboration:

  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate HubSpot with other tools, such as Salesforce, Zapier, and analytics platforms.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices, creating documentation to ensure system adoption.


Campaign Tracking and Reporting:

  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to track campaign performance, monitor lead flow, and analyze pipeline data.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.


Compliance and Data Management:

  • Ensure that all CRM-related activities comply with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and data management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, or other marketing technology.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
