We are looking for a passionate AI Product Manager/Assistant Product Manager to work for our Singapore - based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Purpose

As a Product Manager, you are the cornerstone in our product team, spearheading our product development in collaboration with key stakeholders across Growth, Technology and AI. Your mission is to enhance, expand, and refine our platform through developing and executing technical solutions, including emerging no-code AI technology, data analytics, and meticulous project management.

We are on the hunt for growth-oriented professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to build from scratch, embodying a healthy risk-taking mindset typical of high-growth startups, and an eagerness to learn, adapt, and evolve.

What you'll be doing

Sculpting, planning, and executing the company's product vision.
Staying on top of the latest AI trends, specifically around machine learning and NLP, to optimize our platform.
Joining forces with our engineering team to understand and shape the technical aspects of the platform.
Bridging effective communication with various teams to ensure the triumphant execution of product strategies.
Conducting comprehensive market research and data analysis to tap into customer needs and product opportunities.
Managing the full spectrum of the product life cycle, from inception to launch and beyond.
Monitoring key performance indicators to ensure the product's success and optimize for user satisfaction.

What you'll need to be successful

3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
Exposure to the development of AI applications is advantageous, although not required.
Ability to learn fast, stay adaptable, and embrace new technologies and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen grasp of AI trends and an aptitude for weaving them into product strategies.
Ability to excel in a remote-first, hybrid setting.
Thrive in the dynamism of a fast-paced start-up environment, enjoy creative problem-solving, and comfortable with ambiguity, always hunting for ways to "make things happen".
