    • Translate business needs and customer requirements into actionable product features.
    • Ensure product documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
    • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and team members regarding product updates and progress.
    • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments to address product issues and improve features.
  • Product Launch & Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the product launch process, including go-to-market strategy, timing, and communication.
    • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
    • Ensure the product remains aligned with customer needs and market conditions throughout its lifecycle.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
    • Analyze product data to make informed decisions on improvements and updates.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on product progress and performance.
