Role Description: Reporting to the Head of Product, this role offers an incredible opportunity for a driven individual to oversee our data product roadmap and spearhead the growth of our data function. You'll play a crucial role in utilizing data to optimize our reach, enhance customer acquisition, and improve engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Data Oversight: Manage the comprehensive data product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with and supports overarching business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Lead initiatives to leverage data for expanding market reach and improving product outcomes through precise, impactful data-driven experiments.
  • Analytics Mastery: Quantify and analyze the business impact of new data features and tools using advanced metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborative Solutions Development: Serve as the liaison for all data-related needs within the company, crafting and delivering solutions that enhance data integration, architecture, and analytics capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, presenting complex data solutions in an accessible manner.
  • Project Leadership: Drive the development and rollout of data models, dashboards, and automation tools, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager specializing in Data/Analytics, ideally within the gaming or related industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with tools like Looker, Tableau, GA, Snowplow, and Snowflake; adept with SQL and familiar with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Innovative Thinking: Passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive product and business improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to break down complex data insights and communicate them effectively to foster understanding and action.
  • Performance-Driven: Motivated by a high-performance culture focused on results and speed.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and product management skills, capable of leading projects that enhance data-driven decision-making.
