This is a remote position.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
Present the company's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
May be required to participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries.
Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
Fluent in spoken English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills.
Passion for fashion and 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (apparel industry experience is a big plus!).
Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
