Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Work schedule: Flexible between 8am to 7pm EST

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with referring entities, ensuring seamless communication and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with healthcare providers, clinics, and other key stakeholders to promote collaboration and referral opportunities.
  • Sustain and develop marketing relationships to enhance visibility and strengthen our presence within the healthcare community.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for B2B interactions, representing the organization with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to align outreach initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Track and report on B2B relationship metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the success of initiatives.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or marketing-related role, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules effectively, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare referral processes is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
