Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  • Minimum of 20 hours per week, potential to grow into full-time

  • Tuesday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM (5 hours per day/20 hours per week)

  • Manage tasks across two business verticals: real estate investments and online retail

  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to understand and execute on business vision

  • Contribute to the growth and scaling of both businesses through effective marketing strategies

  • Adapt to changing priorities and be ready to take on new challenges as the businesses evolve

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update website content for both real estate and e-commerce platforms

  • Create and curate content for various marketing channels, including social media and email newsletters

  • Implement and maintain email marketing systems, including sign-up processes and automated sequences

  • Assist in organizing and structuring website content to enhance user experience

  • Handle time-sensitive tasks and meet project deadlines consistently

  • Support the planning and execution of sales, launches, and promotional activities

  • Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on task progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website management and content updates

  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies

  • Strong content creation skills with an eye for design (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing processes

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of various social media platforms
