Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:30-14:30 UK time

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Support Specialist to aid in the company's fundraising marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English reading and writing skills, strong research abilities, and experience crafting structured and engaging emails. This role requires a keen researcher who can analyze potential investors, companies, and individuals while efficiently managing follow-ups and communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on potential investors, companies, and individuals, including reviewing LinkedIn profiles, published articles, podcasts, and event participation.

  • Write professional and persuasive emails with the right tone and wording to engage prospects effectively.

  • Create LinkedIn content to support marketing and outreach initiatives.

  • Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring all required materials are prepared in advance.

  • Assist in developing presentations and other marketing materials.

  • Manage follow-ups with sales leads to sustain engagement and advance conversations effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our systems, including tracking responses to leads and updating tickets in our database.



Requirements
  • Exceptional English reading and writing skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in research and email communication, preferably in a sales or fundraising capacity.

  • Strong ability to craft compelling and professional LinkedIn content.

  • Highly organized with proficiency in scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable using internal systems to track and manage workflow..

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks.

  • Proficiency in Gmail for email management and communication.
