Our Global Commerce and Payments operations teams manage over $12 billion in annual payments through our cloud-native commerce platform, purpose-built for the fitness industry. THE ROLE:

As the Head of Settlement, Reconciliation, and Payouts, you will be responsible for driving a critical part of the commerce strategy, owning the day-to-day operations to ensure accurate collections and settlements across the platform, and delivering deposits, payouts, and revenue to ABC customers globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:    

  • Build, operate and drive new automated settlement and reconciliation platform for all ABC billing, payments and collections globally
  • Work with ABC card processing, bank and fintech partners to integrate payments data flows into the platform
  • Engage professional services partners (Workday, TrinTech) and partner with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and Engineering teams to optimize reconciliation platform and automate workflows
  • Optimize data, rules, controls for improved match rates, financial close, exceptions handling and resolution
  • Leverage platform to develop and monetize new service offerings including payouts, royalties, rebates, taxes, fees and value-added services
  • Enable payout methods including Real-time payments (RTP), ACH, Same Day ACH, Open Banking and Wires
  • Lead team of reconciliation, settlement and money movement specialists

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years in a payment operations or financial product management role, or a general manager role at a Payments Processor, Merchant acquirer, Fintech or SaaS company
  • Proven track record of building, launching and maintaining processing, settlement and reconciliations platforms, workflows and systems, setting a successful strategy and building highly impactful solutions
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with data, engineers, finance, accounting, and external partners to build products and complex systems at scale
  • Experience building and managing rules, processes and workflows for exceptions handling
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior user-facing and partner-facing stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for precise and concise articulation of user problems
  • Analytical mindset, proven experience working cross-functionally to turn data insights into strategic decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and responsibility
  • Background delivering successfully on multi-quarter roadmaps and aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with complex ecosystem and platform-level problems
  • Leadership experience managing a team of analysts and managers

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $128000 - $152000 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
