About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Impact Manager Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a Master’s level student with a deep commitment to creating positive social change. As a Social Impact Manager, you will design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with our organizational values and contribute to societal improvement. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage initiatives aimed at driving social impact, including community engagement programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for social responsibility.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of impact programs and partnerships.
- Conduct research to identify trends in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development goals (SDGs).
- Advocate for inclusive practices within the organization and among partners.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align impact programs with business objectives.
About You:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of CSR, sustainability, and SDG frameworks.
- Experience in program design, project management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of best practices in social impact assessment and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

- Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
- Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
