The Role

Social Impact/ESG:

Governance, Solution

  • Respond to the requests of our internal customers in terms of RFP, RFI, document media related to sustainable development
  • Collaborate with our local and global teams (KyndrylConsult, DataCenter, CIO, Architects) to implement and document Green IT/ITfor Green offers.
  • Follow-up & transformation:
  • Ensure the follow-up of the various CSRD reports / ESG report / EgoPro index and the KPIs necessary for their publication in partnership with the related parties.
  • Contribute to the implementation of transformative actions within the group's sites (mobility plan, energy audit, responsible purchasing, etc.)
  • Orchestrate with the various departments (HRD, MarCom, CIO, Legal, Purchasing) all actions aimed at labeling Kyndryl's CSR approach (Ecovadis, ISO, INR Label, etc.)
  • Regulatory monitoring of the ESG framework

Events / Project Management

  • Animate and organize the team's materials (yammer, Teams, sharepoint)
  • Building the annual calendar of awareness-raising on CSR topics (conference, workshop, webinar, communication campaign, frescoes)
  • Plan, organize and lead awareness-raising workshops (such as Climate Fresk) and employee mobilization
  • Deploy and lead the Social Impact action plan with the various stakeholders (management, employees, customers, partners, associations)
  • Create and animate a community of green ambassadors
  • Ensure the follow-up and loyalty of associative partnerships
