We are seeking an IT Trainee in Service Management position based in our Poznań Office.

You are about to become a vital part of the Service Portfolio Management Team, a tight-knit group that operates in both the UK and Poland. We consist of 5 friendly and open-minded professionals who genuinely enjoy working together to deliver value and professionalism in everything we do. What you will be doing 

  • Collecting and analyzing data related to our IT service portfolio. 

  • Preparing reports on service performance, for internal quality assurance purposes and for reporting back to customer. 

  • Based on requirements and existing data, building dashboards using PowerBI, to support data visualization and provide insight to relevant decision makers. 

  • Maintaining and updating documentation related to service offerings, including service descriptions, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs). 

  • Supporting Service Portfolio Managers with calculating service fees and distributing fees to relevant reporting units as part of the service fee process. 

  • Supporting and maintaining a dedicated Python application built to automate steps within the service fee process.

  • Current student status 

  • English - intermediate 

  • Availability min. 25h/week 

  • Good analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently 

  • Strong calculation skills and attention to details 

  • Proficiency with Power BI and Excel 

  • Experience with Python

  • Excellent Communication Skills 

  • Problem-Solving Skills
