About the Opportunity 

Our Implementation Services team operates at the intersection of our clients and partners, charged with developing and delivering programs, integrations, and new platform capabilities through our collaboration with go-to-market, product, engineering, client success, partner management, and marketing teams.

The Implementation Services team is looking for an Technical Project Coordinator to support utility client and Distributed Energy Resource (DER) partner integrations. We are looking for someone who thrives in organizing projects and programs, can navigate the ambiguity of complex launches, and is motivated by building and establishing processes that scale our implementations as we grow.

To be impactful in this role, you bring a strong foundation of project management methodologies, are highly organized, and embrace the opportunity to be coached and grow professionally within a highly cross-functional team. Your contributions will enable the scalable support for our increasing client and partner base, on a team that intersects the design and delivery of new programs and product capabilities across the organization.

Main Responsibilities: What you’ll do

  • Manage and track a portfolio of projects with a focus on schedule, scope, and quality
  • Projects will include our utility, DER partner integrations, which include new launches, integrations, and internal reporting
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders (as appropriate) to track and manage project tasks, risks, and whether any requirements may implicate additional management
  • Identify and support improvements to processes that facilitate productive cross-functional work flows (e.g. between Sales Engineering, Client Success, Implementation Services, Product Management)
  • Partner with other Program Managers as applicable to ensure the slate of projects and programs in-flight are appropriately covered
  • Embody a growth mindset, and embrace a willingness to learn in a scaling, maturing business
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience: What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in a role using project management methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in clear, concise, actionable ways
  • Passionate focus on quality, process improvement, attention to detail, and efficiency

Preferred Skills and Experience: Nice-to-haves

  • Customer-facing experience preferred, though not required, including interacting with external clients/partners during onboarding processes
  • A working knowledge of the domestic electric power industry
  • Exposure to technical integrations (e.g. APIs, SFTP, SaaS platform configurations), ambiguous or complex implementations

The salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience.  This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role.  The salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
