Job description

MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of Bizforce, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead with a strong background in US Healthcare to oversee and manage the recruitment team. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals while ensuring the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals and client expectations. The Recruitment Team Lead will drive team performance, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment specialists, ensuring they meet performance targets and recruitment goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and continuous support to enhance team members' skills and professional development.
  • Monitor daily and monthly team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

Recruitment Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent for US-based clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment processes accordingly.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection process for healthcare roles, including Prior Authorization Specialists, Medical Billers, Coders, and other related positions.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Manage job postings, resume databases, and recruitment platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Client Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the recruitment team, the recruitment manager, and other internal managers, providing updates on hiring progress and addressing concerns or changes in requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, performance metrics, and candidate feedback.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks on candidate profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Address any process issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high recruitment standards.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring outcomes.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.

Other Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week (graveyard shift)

Days off: Weekends

Location: Work from Home

Duration: Fulltime, long-term

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in recruiting for US healthcare roles, including familiarity with industry-specific requirements and certifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Medical Coders, Billers, Prior Authorization Specialists, and other healthcare-related positions.
  • Familiarity with remote recruitment processes and international hiring for US-based clients.
  • Demonstrates proactivity and strong teamwork skills, exhibits patience, and maintains a positive and professional character.

  • Minimum speed of 50 Mbps via a wired connection for stability and reliability.
  • A backup internet connection is highly recommended.
