Job Title: Construction Operations Manager
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, Monday - Friday

Role Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Construction Operations Manager to oversee our residential and commercial construction business operations. This role requires a versatile and proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and respond to issues as they arise throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing crews and projects, with a focus on operational efficiency and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crew Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch crews each morning and monitor their hours at the end of the day.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Management: Oversee ongoing construction projects, ensuring materials are ordered correctly, match estimates, and evaluate project profitability.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain efficient operational processes, high standards for crew performance, and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in managing crews and construction projects, with strong operational management skills.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Software: Ability to learn new software tools quickly. Experience with Go High Level CRM, Aspire Landscape Management, Microsoft Office, Notion, Loom, and QBO is a plus but not required.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with operational software and tools used in project management.
