Location: Durban but would look at remote work model
Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling in a finance and insurance-focused environment.
Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
Work with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to track and manage leads, ensuring seamless workflow.
Collaborate with the management team to build and refine sales strategies for better results.
Meet and exceed weekly call and conversion targets, continuously improving sales outcomes.
Provide accurate reporting and feedback to management on progress and pipeline status.

Proven experience in the finance and insurance industries.
Strong background in a call centre or outbound sales role, with a track record of success.
Excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
