We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our critical Legacy Application Modernization project. This role will oversee the migration and retirement of 10 legacy C++ applications, including transition to our new cryptography platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing complex, large-scale software migration projects.

Key Expectations:
- Lead the overall planning, execution and tracking of the project.
- Manage the migration of 700+ clients to the new platform
- Manage the retirement process for inactive applications
- Experience with legacy system modernization and migration projects.
- Familiarity with modern web application deployment practices
- Experience in change management and stakeholder management
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems preferably DataDog
Knowledge of cryptography and security protocols in financial systems a plus.

Program/Project Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities Manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. Skills Technical Skills Proven experience managing projects with MS Project Experience managing budgets, financial acumen, organizational skills, attention to detail. Project Online/Server experience - PPM tool (general) - strongly preferred. Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs and proven stakeholder management - who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure. Proven Risk/Issue management experience and experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off site resources. Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously. Master's degree preferred. Note: PayPal would consider Levels I and II as Project Managers and levels III and IV as Program Managers
