Company Overview

Jones is a software, AI, and data company that helps real estate and construction firms to remove insurance risk so they can save time, scale payroll, and avoid costly third-party insurance claims. We believe that real estate and construction managers can make smarter, faster decisions about risk transfer by leveraging AI and data. Jones has experienced incredible growth fueled by an urgent need to digitize the archaic risk and compliance process in real estate and construction. Our AI-powered SaaS solution has delivered amazing product-market fit for our customers in over 2 billion square feet of real estate, dozens of massive construction projects, and growing!

Position Overview

To support our continued growth and ambitious plans for the future, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own the product’s positioning, messaging, product launches, customer research, competitive research, and sales enablement.

This position reports to the VP of Marketing and is critical as we navigate our next phase of growth and innovation in the real estate and construction sectors.

The successful candidate will have experience in partnership marketing and working cross functionally with external ecosystem partners.

What You’ll Do:

Create positioning and messaging that drives pipeline and new logo acquisition

  • Continuously refine positioning and messaging based on the customer interviews and CRM Sales and Marketing data
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that aligns with customer pain points and helps drive qualified pipeline
  • Build relationships with key customers, thought leaders, trade associations, and industry players to facilitate sales and increase positive visibility and adoption of the company's products.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints, such as on the website, at tradeshows, webinars, etc.

Launch products and features to market

  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate complex technical features into impactful launch campaigns and Sales collateral
  • In collaboration with Demand Gen, own end-to-end product launches: define target audiences, select optimal channels, and empower marketing and SDR teams to translate into pipeline

Own ecosystem/integration marketing GTM

  • Launch new partner integrations and promote existing ones by planning product launch campaigns and developing messages and collateral for the Demand Gen and the SDR departments.
  • Create deep relationships with our integration partners and user communities to run successful marketing programs (joint webinars, events, and content).
  • Own and execute joint marketing plans with key tech partners, as well as define processes for partner onboarding and launches

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in product marketing at sales-led Saas (Series A-C)
  • Experience in integration/ecosystem marketing successfully launching new integrations and driving pipeline in partnership with demand gen.
  • Experience or familiarity with partner marketing strategies and collaborations will be a distinct advantage in this role.
  • Have experience owning positioning for a B2B SaaS and know how to distill leadership vision into a cohesive, customer-centric narrative.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across teams, functions and departments, especially with focus on solving customer problems & pain points.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A proven framework for approaching product marketing, such as building product and messaging, creating collateral that drives sales, and developing objectives and key results analysis.
  • Ability to work across different formats when creating collateral is a huge plus (e.g. ability to create videos)
  • Experience in construction technology and/or insurtech space is a plus but not required
