We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing and Brand & Content Marketing Team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content that aligns with our marketing strategies and goals. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and driving engagement across various platforms.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver high-quality multimedia content, including animations and videos, tailored for digital platforms such as social media, paid advertising campaigns and websites.Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Team to create performance-driven visuals for digital advertising campaigns.Work with the Brand & Content Marketing Team to develop creative assets that enhance brand identity and storytelling.Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the brand guidelines and marketing strategies.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and fresh creative output.Provide clear updates on project progress during weekly team meetings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, with 3+ years of proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar role.Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), along with a strong understanding of digital advertising formats and specifications (e.g., social media ads, display ads, video ads).Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and creativity.Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and project management or team collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, Teams).Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.A portfolio showcasing multimedia projects across various formats is required.Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design and familiarity with UI/UX design principles ARE A PLUS.Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus.Advanced level of English IS A MUST -Allinterviewswill be conducted in English!
