Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with an Upper-Intermediate level of English to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements in English and local languages as needed.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in the position of Sourcer or Recruiter.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools is advantageous.
