Join Our Global Customer Experience Team as an Associate Director, Portfolio Sales!

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth, building strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? At Clario, we’re looking for an Associate Director, Portfolio Sales to play a key role in achieving our ambitious sales targets and strengthening our market presence.

In this critical role, you’ll leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with partners like CROs, and support our Partner organization through the creation of proposals, RFPs, and contracts. You'll also work closely with marketing, field sales, and networking channels to manage leads, negotiate contracts, and drive opportunities from award to signature.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver assigned bookings target in defined time period.

  • Support the Clario Partner organization with the development and processing of proposals, RFP-bids, contracts and other sales related documents.  

  • Identify new business opportunities with potential partners like CROs through daily research in marketing/sales tools, LinkedIn, ClinicalTrials.gov, Zymewire, etc.

  • Follow up on and initiate sales on all leads in their respective territory generated from:

    • Incoming leads/calls

    • Assigned Trade Shows

    • Responses from any marketing activities (Webinars, workshops, etc.)

    • General Networking

  • Field Sales Meetings as required in support of key opportunities in their respective territories to advance the sale.

  • Drive opportunities from award to signature/booking including customer contact, contract negotiations and process documentation

  • Documenting all activity related to all identified opportunities in their respective assignment, including Salesforce.com, proposal request and contract management.

  • Support the development of Clario´s Market Database (Companies, Contacts, Compounds, etc.).

  • Support Sales-to-Service process and serve as point of escalation post-sale for the customer

  • Perform other duties, assignments, or special projects as time and/or circumstances necessitate.
