Overview:
ITility is seeking an experienced, performance driven Resource Support Specialist to provide financial and program management support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office and Office of Health Affairs (CWMD/DNDO & CWMD/OHA). This position is currently a remote position until a return to work has been determined.

Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to create milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
- Implements government policies and procedures accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards.
- Handle internal division/department specific accounting and budget responsibilities. Including but not limited to, creating monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial system reports, preparing drafts of budget planning documents and monitoring financial risks and accuracy.
- Assist federal staff in the RM Branch in reviewing the Agency’s annual expenditure plan(s); supporting the Branch as requested for the Mid-Year review and end of year closeout.
- Support various types of integrated financial resource management, economic and cost analyses, including cost-benefit, business case development, and general cost effectiveness in support of RM Branch taskings.
- Track past, current, and future expenditures at varying levels (e.g., office, program, and performer) and perform budget analyses on results in support of RM Branch taskings.
- Assist with accounting and financial activities such as: reconciliations (Federal/Non-Federal documents, Cash, Grants, SF 132/133), database entry and query, financial data analysis, researching abnormal balances, advances, Treasury Information Executive Repository (TIER) and accounting period closures as they relate to the RM Branch responsibilities.
- Assist federal staff by submitting and filing reports and other documentation as needed.
