About this opportunity 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and benefits administration for our global workforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and employee benefits programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage and process payroll for all employees across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee compliance with local, state, and international payroll regulations and tax laws, leveraging Velocity and Deel to manage international employees effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to payroll, benefits, and tax filings.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for accurate reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits regulations, ensuring company compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve payroll and benefits processes.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
What do you need to perform in this job 
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits management, preferably in a global company.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and systems (Dayforce/Powerpay, NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Certification in payroll or benefits is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in French and English
