The Role:

  • Full-time salaried position with competitive commission structure
  • Monthly earnings potential: 75K-150K ZAR
  • Work with high-value positions ($70K-$150K+ USD roles)
  • No desk costs

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews for managerial and senior-level positions
  • Work with our sourcing team to build candidate pipelines
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Track and improve recruitment metrics
  • Engage with international clients and candidates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Professional demeanor for executive-level interactions
