Our core product empowers media ad sales and operations to make quick, confident decisions by giving our customers a single point of access to explore, analyze, and share insights from their advertising business.

The Role

The ETL Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our ETL platform, ensuring efficient data integration, and facilitating customer data requirements. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, keen analytical skills, and strong collaboration across teams to drive the successful delivery of data solutions. This role is open to candidates located in the Philippines (Metro Manila and neighboring areas preferred) and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Support: Handle the engineering part of the onboarding process for new customers as well as updates for existing customers, ensuring smooth integration of their data with our systems. Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements based on customer feedback according to best practices and with standardization in mind.

• Data Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data through the ETL process, identifying and addressing any data issues or discrepancies.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ETL platform to ensure data is processed efficiently and meets operational targets.

Activities & Deliverables

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive ETL solutions.

• Conduct regular reviews of the ETL process, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in data handling and processing.

• Weekly completion of sprint tasks, working as part of a team that handles onboarding, customer customizations, and general maintenance of the ETL platform.

• Effective collaboration with the solutions team to prioritize and execute tasks related to customer onboarding, customization requests, and platform maintenance within the agile sprint framework. 

• Provide regular status updates and promptly notify stakeholders if there is a risk of missing deadlines or exceeding estimated efforts. 

Skills & Characteristics

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with ETL tools and SQL.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
