ETL Developer and Business Process Automation Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer and Business Process Automation Specialist to connect the dots between technology and best business practices. In this role, you will develop and implement ETL pipelines, streamline and automate business processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL pipelines to support data integration and transformation.
• Lead team meetings, providing direction and expertise on business process automation and data management.
• Develop and build tools and automations to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead a team to develop and deliver comprehensive, scalable, and efficient solutions to complex business problems in a dynamic environment.
• Estimate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Manage both simple and complex projects, defining project scope and parameters.
• Build, update, and troubleshoot Google Sheets to support business operations.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and an understanding of database management
• Experience troubleshooting data pipelines.
• At least 4 years of coding experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience working with 3rd party APIs.
• 4+ years of business management experience or a degree in business management or a related field.
• Working knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices.
• Experience implementing retail or e-commerce business strategies.
• Proven track record in streamlining business processes.
• Experience managing personnel and leading teams.
• Ability to effectively and concisely communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and a working knowledge of the Google ecosystem.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
• Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
