About the position:
We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to drive the development of our platform. In this role, you'll serve as the crucial bridge between our software development teams and business stakeholders, to prioritize features and scope. You'll collaborate daily with engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical product specifications while ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous demands of our customers – hospitals, schools, and trainees.
The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with deep user experience and an understanding of the needs of a variety of customers. You'll need to effectively prioritize competing demands from various stakeholders, manage technical trade-offs with development teams, and maintain strong relationships with business users to ensure our product meets both technical feasibility and market needs.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills to facilitate understanding between technical and non-technical team members, along with the ability to make data-driven decisions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, or Alabama only.
