Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Influencer and Organic Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will manage influencer and organic social media campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, reporting, and community engagement. This role requires expertise in influencer outreach, organic content management, and data tracking to drive brand awareness and engagement.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST/PST
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience with organic social management for Meta and TikTok.
  • 1+ years of experience with a social management platform (e.g., Sprout or similar).
  • 1+ years of experience executing influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms like Upfluence.
  • Broad experience with multiple social ad platforms.
  • Availability to work MST/PST time zones.

Core Tasks:

Influencer/Affiliate Marketing:

  • Build and maintain lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters (e.g., followers, engagement, content alignment).
  • Manage tracking spreadsheets and provide detailed reports on outreach and response rates.
  • Handle outreach administrative tasks and data entry touchpoints.
  • Conduct quality control for ongoing influencer campaigns to ensure content meets guidelines.
  • Facilitate contracts with influencers and affiliates.

Organic Social Management:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries and direct messages (DMs).
  • Post reels and organic content on Meta and TikTok using client-provided copy and creatives.
  • Coordinate with the in-house design team for creative assets and copy updates.
  • Monitor and engage with the community within a provided framework.
  • Support the creation and execution of monthly content calendars.

Data Tracking and Competitor Analysis:

  • Track campaign data and project statuses using Google Sheets, Excel, or project management tools.
  • Monitor competitor posts and suggest potential content ideas.

The Compensation:

  • โ‚ฑ55,000 to โ‚ฑ85,000/month
