We’re looking for an Account Representative to play a key role in managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences across all touchpoints. In this role, you’ll own processes like quoting, order management, renewals, and invoicing while serving as the go-to resource for customers through phone, web chat, and email. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their success with Patch My PC.

Location:
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. However, candidates must live and be authorized to work within Australia without employer sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Experience in software sales, particularly B2B, or equivalent experience in processing orders, managing quotes, and handling customer communications.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement.
- A willingness to embrace challenges and seek feedback for personal and professional growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and web chat.
- Triage and respond to customer inquiries.
- Listen to customers and identify their needs.
Sales & Order Management:
- Guide customers from initial inquiry through the sales cycle.
- Prepare and manage quotes while negotiating pricing.
- Handle and/or escalate contract amendments.
- Process orders, renewals, and invoicing.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify and take ownership of issues to resolution.
- Handle complaints effectively.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
Internal Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional customer-facing teams.
- Participate in team meetings and support colleagues.
Documentation:
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer data in CRM tools and using dashboards to track progress.
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, attention to detail, and multitasking.
Product Knowledge:
- Understand and communicate the value of Patch My PC products.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Significant use of personal computer, phone, and general office equipment.
- Effective communication skills through reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proficient in collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Capability for tasks requiring fine motor skills, such as typing and data entry.

Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time / Exempt
- Travel: Some travel may be required.
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary: AUD 64,000 - AUD 78,000 based on experience and location.
