Role Overview
To strengthen our position at the forefront of this global market, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Implementation Project Manager work in a fascinating international environment and join our Professional Services team to drive customer success by ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions, tailored to meet their unique operational needs. In this pivotal role, you will lead the onboarding and implementation process for flydocs' solutions, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers. Leveraging your project management expertise and industry knowledge, you will collaborate closely with Clients, Solutions Consultants, and internal teams to drive successful project delivery, from initial scoping through to go-live.
Our Implementation Project Managers are considered as tech-savvy experts, leveraging their practical industry experience to provide unparalleled guidance to our Airline and MRO customers. As the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, you will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and address any challenges to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Enhancing Customer Experience (Customer Partner of Choice)
- Be an integral part of our customer’s journey from acquisition to going live with our products and services.

Innovation Partner of Choice
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and provide feedback from clients on flydocs’ products and services.
- Partner with industry collaborators, such as M&E providers and aviation services providers, to deliver joint product offerings within a digital ecosystem.
- Work closely with the Product Team to accelerate go-to-market strategies for new solutions and enhancements.
People Partner of Choice
- Share your knowledge and expertise to help build and develop internal talent within flydocs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation phases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants, Product, and Customer Success teams, to achieve project objectives.
- Define & Plan the scope and schedule of the customer's implementation project from Kick-Off to Go-Live.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing any risks or issues.
- Conduct regular status updates and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to customers to facilitate the successful adoption of flydocs solutions.
- Gather feedback from customers post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
Knowledge & Experience
Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex customer-facing projects, particularly in scheduling, scoping, and stakeholder analysis, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget. (Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.)
Aviation Industry Knowledge:
Minimum of two years of practical experience in the aviation industry, with familiarity in aircraft maintenance processes, relevant regulations, and sector-specific challenges.
SaaS Implementation Experience:
Solid experience in project management, ideally involving SaaS product implementation and software integrations.
Digital Transformation Skills:
Expertise in software configuration, mobile device integration, API integrations, and data management to support digitalization through mobility, paperless operations, e-signatures, and system integrations.
Stakeholder & Change Management:
Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and buy-in during change management processes.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.
Aviation-Specific Digital Experience
: Experience with digital transformation projects in the aviation sector, particularly in regulatory compliance, maintenance records management, asset management platforms, or MRO-related fields.
Communication & Presentation Skills
: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently host workshops and lead customer meetings.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams, fostering direct and transparent two-way communication and feedback.
Autonomy & Adaptability:
Capacity to independently manage complex and evolving project conditions with resilience and flexibility.
Flexibility & Travel:
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required. Services may be delivered onsite to customers or remotely via web sessions.
