Description

Growthspace is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Experts Operations Manager to take ownership of our expert community and ensure seamless operational execution. In this role, you will be the focal point for all expert-related processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to enhance our expert network and its impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations unit-wide initiatives are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives in accordance with goals and targets
  • Work in collaboration with interface teams
  • Work with and serve Growthspace experts community goals
  • Implement unit’s SaaS tools
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts as per each running initiative
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-growth companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in complex operations or organizations 
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Proven ability to build scalable and highly effective processes.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (Native or mother-tongue level) - A must
  • Experience in building training and onboarding programs
  • Experience in facilitating webinars
  • Experience from B2B, SaaS company – an advantage 
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
